securuty question answer, confirm you're older than 13, and if your older than 18 or not.
In order to make payments, credit card and billing address information must be provided;
and in order to withdraw funds, a payee’s name, mailing address, and amount is
required. We retain this information for each transaction. We also collect the Internet
address (IP address) of the computer or device you use to access umakeitcool.com services.
Verification
We use third party credit card authorization and fraud screening services to verify
credit card or debit card information you provide. If you request a withdrawal by check to
an address other than your verified credit card billing address, we may ask you to send us
additional information (such as your drivers' license, credit card statement, and/or a
recent utility bill or other information linking you to an applicable address), or to
answer additional questions online to help verify your information. We do this to prevent
fraud.
Product Information
We store information on all members who register content to sell; as well as, the
descriptive and license information provided during product registration.
Purchasing Information
We store transaction information on all members who register, purchase, distribute,
and sell content from and to fellow members. This information is used to credit members’
accounts whose computer or device distributed part or all of the content involved in the
transaction; and to destribute royalties to the member who published the material.
Account Activity
We record each transaction crediting or debiting members’ accounts. Recorded activity
information contains a description, the amount debited or credited, the account’s balance
after the transaction, and relationship data referencing the original transaction, and the
date of the activity occurred.
Correspondence
If you send us correspondence, including e-mails and faxes, we will retain the information
in the records of your account. We will also retain customer service correspondence and other
correspondence from you. We may, over time, delete these records if permitted by law.
Questionnaires and Surveys
We may offer questionnaires and surveys to our users for such purposes as collecting
demographic information or assessing users' interests and needs. The use of the information

We collect, store, and process your personal information on servers located in the United States.

We disclose information in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, levy, attachment, order of

attorney that you grant, or a guardian appointed for you).
Our Contacts with Members
We communicate with members via e-mail to provide requested services, send announcements,
administrative messages, newsletters, confirm request, notifications, and disclosures as required by
law or as part of our service. We may request communication by phone to resolve customer complaints or investigate
suspicious transactions.
Independent Auditors
Independent auditors, in connection with our financial statements and operations, may contact
a sample of our members to confirm that our records are accurate. However, these auditors
cannot use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Access Information
We use access information to analyze and improve service performance.
